Waking up and getting myself motivated in the morning is one of the hardest things for me in the winter months and I think I may have found the perfect way to do it, whilst getting a healthy and nutritious breakfast at the same time!
So, here's my Healthy Winter Warmer Breakfast!
First take some simple porridge oats! I like to use Oat So Simple because I'm super lazy and I like to spend as much time as bed in possible. Two minutes in microwave suits me just fine ;) I know a lot of people aren't a fan of porridge and honestly I could never eat it on it's own, the thought makes my stomach turn! Adding these simple and healthy additions can make it taste super yum!
