New Year Resolutions

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF MY BEAUTIFUL READERS!

I truly hope that all of you have the most wonderful and prosperous year ahead of you and that all your goals and dreams are fulfilled ♥

I want to begin with a BIG FAT KISS to all of my followers, both old and new! You are the lovely people that keep me doing this and I've made some beautiful and amazing friends over the last year that I'll be eternally grateful for. I started off 2011 really quite low, depressed and little bit lonely but the people I've met through blogging have helped me pick my self esteem up off the ground and really get well on my way to finally being happy and content with my life! So thank you all so much!

If you're new here and I don't follow you back please leave your blog link below because I'd love, love, love to check out yours - blogger sometimes makes it difficult to find you! :(

I'd love to know what everyone was up to last night, let me know in the comments. I'll be doing a post about my night soon!

I might as well start 2012 off with the dreaded resolutions...! I make some every year and I almost never stick to them. I heard of someone calling them goals this year, rather than resolutions (less pressure!) so I think I might do that too :D So here goes...

Goals for 2012:
  • Read at least one book per month.
  • Go to ALL of my classes. All of them!
  • Do well in my exams.
  • Go to more talks and presentations on things I'm interested in.
  • Make use of the dumbbells I haven't even taken out of the box yet.
  • Keep my grubby mitts off the videogames until at least 6pm.
  • Spend my weekends visiting places around St Andrews.
  • Visit both Lands End and John O' Groats.
  • Visit Loch Ness
  • Take Tony to my fav places in the UK; Cheddar Gorge, Bowness, Matlock, Haworth and Tintagel Castle.
  • Take more photos.
  • Go for one 20 minute walk everyday.
  • Get a job.
  • Do volunteer/charity work.
  • Have some work experience that's relevant to being a teacher.
  • Improve my wardrobe and fashion sense.
  • Keep the house clean.
  • BE HAPPY!
As you can see I'm not expecting much out of 2012 at all.... hahaha! :/
I've already set the ball rolling with a few of these things, which is a positive start to the year, just fingers crossed I can achieve at least a few of my goals :) It will sure be interesting to read this time next year and see how much I managed to cross off the list!

What are your goals for 2012? ♥
