NOTW - NerdLacquer: Entirely Unlike Tea

Hey! Ok, super quick bashing out this post because I have soooo much work this weekend I barely have time to breathe, but I can't let this polish go another day late! Hope you're all having a good weekend! ♥

While I was home and being even more boring and studious than I am right now (not sure how that's possible, but it is!) I decided to cheer myself up with the last in my set of 4 NerdLacquer polishes. This beautiful colour is Entirely Unlike Tea.

As the name suggests, the colour is basically a very milky brown tea colour but it has both big and small silver hex glitters, as well as very fine silver glitter and even finer still silver and pink flakies - oh and some holo glitters thrown in for good measure. The overall effect is just stunning!

I think I've just captured the pink sheen in the photos, but in real life it's so much more obvious. I really love the neutral colour against my skin, it has such lovely warm undertones too.

Obligatory bottle shot, here you can see the pink shimmer much better. The polish applied quite nicely, if a tiny bit gloopy, but nothing a good shake of the bottle couldn't fix. I found this one was the slowest drying of the four I own. The pictured nails all have 2 coats, because I like extra glitter, but one was actually enough, the coverage was great.

The next few photos were all taken when that glimpse of what summer could be hit us and disappeared as quickly as it appeared! Hence the very bright sunlight in the photos!

Isn't it just beautttiful! I need to order myself some more now!! ♥

  2. Entirely Unlike Tea is definitely one of my favourites. I purchased this one with a few other Nerdlacquer polishes and, honestly, no regrets.

By the way, I'm @lacquerdiaries on twitter - I tweeted you about not being able to access your site due to forwarding, and after a bit of research, found out that if you add /ncr/ after the .blogspot.com part of the URL, it prevents forwarding. So YAY now I get to see your wonderful blog posts, which I'm EXTREMELY excited about :)
