For the last few years I haven't felt incredibly festive at Christmas time - in fact, I've almost felt very bored of the whole occasion. This year though it seems the festivity bug is back and it has hit me hard! I don't know if it's a consequence of being in primary school and around lots of children on a daily basis, or if something is just a little different this year - but there's no doubt I'm counting down the days to Christmas like a little kid!
One of the best things about the run up to Christmas (apart from the chocolate advent calendar) has to be getting festive with fashion, BUT there's always the risk of over doing it and looking super, super tacky. For me, the Fair-isle print is the perfect fashion symbol of Christmas time, looks really classic and timeless, and avoids that risk of looking like a garish walking Christmas tree!
I've popped together a collection of my favourite FairIsle pieces from around the web!
Are you a FairIsle fan? What's your favourite festive piece of clothing?
