Win a BRITA Fill&Go Water Bottle at #PourOClock! CLOSED

It's 4pm on a weekday, which usually means your energy is starting to fade and you need that extra boost to get you through to 5pm and the end of another long day. Like most I am an absolute nightmare for reaching for the sugary unhealthy snacks for that last minute energy boost. Chocolate biscuits or sweeties are my biggest sins, it doesn't help that we have a "sugary boost" drawer in our classroom just for waning staff!

BRITA did some research and found that most people start to lose their energy at around 4pm and the majority will give themselves that last boost with a sugary snack. I don't think I have to tell you about the benefits of drinking water instead of eating sugar! Water is a fantastic source of energy and so much healthier for you that other things you might be more likely to reach for at 4pm.

I'm definitely going to give the Pour at Four challenge a go and see how much better I feel from doing it. You can follow mine, and lots of other bloggers progress using #PourOClock on twitter!

The BRITA Fill&Go bottle is super sleek and stylish, and allows you to drink water on the go! Reach for your Fill&Go and stay away from that naughty chocolate!

Do you want to win a BRITA Fill&Go for yourself so you can take the Pour at Four challenge? Go for it! See how much replacing your sugary snacks with water can do for your energy levels and concentration at work!

  1. I really love this idea and it's such a common thing that people forget to keep hydrated! I also find drinking a large amount in the morning as well as just before sleeping to help keep your water levels high :)

  8. Usually chocolate but trying to be good lately!

  9. I drink lots of water. I used to use the Brita filter till I realised how much sodium it adds to the water during the filtration process. Not good, especially for kids and people with health issues. #blogsrus

  10. This is a lovely idea. Being a runner, I know how important it is to stay hydrated through the day...but I tend to make the same mistake as everyone else and stop drinking it right around 3pm because I start to get too lazy to even go refill my bottle! I'm terrible with the chocolate, too. I'll go for a Twix or a KitKat, which only makes it worse.
