Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen is my favourite book. It comes at the top of my list always, every time. When Laura, the lovely owner behind A Novel Gift (love the name!) contacted me to review one of her products I was immediately obsessed with the Jane Austen bunting

Of course I picked Pride and Prejudice as my book of choice, and picked a pretty blue twine to string them all together. Being so over-protective of books, I wouldn't normally condone chopping books up - but on this occasion I think I can forgive because the bunting is quite possibly the most flipping adorable thing I've ever seen. I adore the addition of the little bows and buttons to the pages of the book and it looks so pretty up on the wall behind my bed (and matches my bedsheets too!).

Laura sells all sorts of awesome other literature inspired gifts including beautiful cards, lovely gift tags and illustrated prints. I've already got eye on one or two of the other Jane Austen themed gifts, and I know Bob would love the Sherlock ones!

You can buy A Novel Gift items in all kinds of places including their shop, Etsy and Society6. Laura also writes a fab lifestyle blog over at Modern Bonnet - which you should definitely check out!

What's your take on Jane Austen? Are you a bunting fan too?

    1. Oh what a lovely idea! I'd love to have this in the reading corner of my classroom at school but I think I'd have to have them all laminated to stop grubby hands getting at them :D X
