Rivington Country Walk

There's nothing I love more than a good stroll through the countryside, and I feel lucky that I live just a stones throw away from some of the most beautiful places to go exploring - perfect for a little outfit post! Rivington Hall and the surrounding walks are just perfect for a crisp spring Sunday. It got too foggy to go up Rivington Pike, so that's next on our list!

I wore a floral shirt (which I managed to get no decent photos of - bad blogger!) because spring is most definitely in the air, and nothing says spring more than a good floral! Plus I'm obsessed.

I paired it with simple country styling, my go-to pashmina and this pretty little honeycomb necklace by Ziba at House of Fraser (psst it's on sale too!). I'm getting really into geometric shapes in my jewellery at the moment - this one is really cool because it makes me think of bees and nature, but also looks a lot like a chemical formula drawing too (*nerd alert*).

Head-to-toe: Shirt: Primark || Jeans: Hollister || Wellies: Hunter || Wax Jacket: Henry Hunt || Satchel c/o LYDC || Pashmina: Manc Xmas Market || Necklace: Ziba c/o House of Fraser || Watch: Daniel Wellington

We thoroughly enjoyed our little stomp through the countryside, especially cosying up in the beautiful Rivington Hall Barn afterwards with a nice cup of tea and a cheeky slice of carrot cake. There's nothing that B and I love more than throwing on our wellies for a good wander!
