As one of the bestselling equipments in Degong, we have been attaching the much importance to the kind of equipment. By far, the 1000L equipments have been distributed to many countires such as Ireland(4 sets), Belgium(2 sets), Italy(1 set), America(3 sets), etc… The main parameters of 1000L equipment are as follow:

Generally speaking, for the 1000L brewhouse, we suggest our customers to adopt the structure of 3-vessel(mash/lauter; kettle/whirlpool; hot water tank), because the structure is more efficient and econimic for most customers. Of course it’s up to you if you want the other structures(2-vessel; 4-vessel…..). The steaming heating method is always much better than gas&electric heating methods because it can heat the wort more evenly. Operational platform is a additional option sometimes. Because the height of the 1000L equipment is always higher than the height of staff, so with the platform, the staff can work more convenient and safe. However, even though we have our own configuration standard, our equipments are customizable, tell me your requirements and I’ll manufacture it accordingly.
2. Fermentation system

For the fermenter, it adopt the structure of 60° cone angle to bear the weight; the design pressure is 3 Bar and the working pressure is 1.5-2 Bar; For the fermeners with the capacity >1000L, we usually use the two-stage cooling method, which can decrease the temperature of fermenter more quickly and evenly; The inner surface treatment is the mirror polishing treatment and the outer surface treatment is the 2B processing, the welds and seams are grinded to Ra 0.4µm. Still that sentence, if you have your requirements, I will build the fermenter according tor your requests firstly.
3. Control system
The control system can be divided to semiautomatic or fully automatic method. The componetns in our control box are made from one of the companies of the Danfoss, Schneider, Omron,Siemens. The control panel is also the highleight of our beer brewing equipment. Also if you have requirements, I will build it accordingly. And if you don’t have requirements, I will assume that you agree our standard configuration of the control panel.
